About Delaney

Hello future family, My name is Delaney. I am currently 25 years old and live in Houston. I am a first-grade teacher at a small private school so I am looking for a position over the summer! I love to read, listen to music, and be outdoors. I can swim and have a driver's license as well. I am passionate about animals and the environment. I received my bachelor's degree in December 2019 and will return to school to get my master's degree in September 2024. After graduating with my bachelor's, I moved to South Korea to teach English and lived there for 2. 5 years. Upon moving back to the States, I became a math and reading intervention teacher and now I teach first grade. I have been babysitting/nannying/working with kids for over 10 years and look forward to gaining more experience! I am COVID-19-conscious and vaccinated (5x).
