About Denise

I'd describe my personality as patient & caring :) I enjoy working with kids, it's super rewarding to be a part of a child's life as well as a privilege to be a safe & trusting space for them. I am available for a family that may need a little extra help with child care in the mornings to early afternoon. I worked with kids when I was in high school. I took child development classes, did a couple of internships at preschools, & also worked at a library spending the majority of my time working with children's programs. I will say I am not too familiar with diaper changes/potty training as I've always only worked with kiddos 5 & up. In my spare time, I like to go on walks to the park or beach, listen to music, & try new coffee places. Currently I am a student at Ventura College & I am CPR/First Aid Certified. One thing you should know about me is that I am very empathetic & a good listener. With this, I do feel my patience is very well & helps me better communicate with others.
