We adore Liz! She took excellent care of our daughter for 3 years, from age 15 months to 4, when we enrolled our daughter in Montessori preschool 5 days/week. She occasionally babysits for us now and our daughter is always thrilled to know that "Lizzie, Lizzie, Lizzie" will be here. Liz has a quiet, gentle, easy-going style. She readily steps into whatever activity our daughter is interested in without over-directing. She is kind and warm, sets good boundaries for safety, maintains routines for naps and meals, and keeps the house the way it was when she arrived. Most importantly, our daughter loves her! Speaking Spanish with our daughter was a plus. Liz is incredibly reliable and punctual. In 3 years as our daughter's nanny, she was a few minutes late only once due to flooded roads. It was great comfort to know that we could always depend on her and get out the door for work on time. We give Liz our highest recommendations and would hire her again on the spot!
