I'm Ella! I studied Early Childhood Education as well as Child Development, and I have over 10 years of hands-on childcare experience working with children from newborns to 12 years old. Working with kids has always been something I love. I enjoy creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable being themselves, learning, and growing. Whether it's helping with routines, spending time outdoors, or simply being a dependable and positive presence, I always try to bring patience and care into every family I work with. I would describe myself as caring, creative, reliable, and easygoing. Building strong communication and trust with both children and parents is very important to me. I value being adaptable, responsible, and am always happy to jump in wherever needed :) I look forward to connecting with families and finding the right fit where I can provide dependable, loving care and support.
