About Elvira

I'm a bilingual (Spanish/ English )nanny from Uruguay with 10 years of experience caring for children from newborn to age 4 including those with special needs. My approach is warm, patient, and creative, encouraging learning through play, reading, and activities often weaving in Spanish song and conversation. Comfortable with light housekeeping, meal, prep and I value building trust and becoming part of the family. Before becoming a full time nanny, I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in WA state caring for people with dementia. That experience strengthened my compassion, patience and ability to adapt to unique needs skills I now bring to childcare every day.
