About Elyse

Hi! My name is Elyse and I am ready for a new adventure in child care. I have loved working with children since I was little. I started volunteering in the church nursery with my Gran when I was in elementary school. Since then, I have volunteered in multiple venues such as VBS, Preschool Sunday school teacher and Girl Scouts. I started working in daycare facilities after I graduated from high school and after graduating with a degree in Early Childhood Education from Lander University. I learned during that time that teaching in a public school was not my passion and elected to work in a day care atmosphere. I have worked with infants up to school age. I have also worked with children with special needs including autism during my role as an early interventionist. I am ready to dedicate my love for children in a smaller, family oriented home. I love being outside, arts and crafts, reading and all things Disney! I would love for your child or children to be my new dedication!
