Supporting the well-being and independence of seniors is my true passion, fueled by 10 years of dedicated experience in nursing. As a Licensed Practical Nurse my career has been focused on geriatrics, dementia, hospice, and skilled nursing rehab. I prioritize understanding your loved one's unique history and preferences to build a meaningful connection. I am adept at managing changing routines, de-escalating stressful moments, and providing compassionate support during behavioral shifts. Beyond clinical care, I am happy to assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation. I'm currently taking a break indefinitely from work directly within the healthcare system, but would like to have some part time work doing what I love most- holistic care, caring for the body, mind, and spirit of people who need help. It is why I became a nurse in the first place.
