About Faustina

I have over four years of experience working in a nursing home, where I've built meaningful relationships with residents and their families. I am passionate about caring for older adults and creating a safe, warm, and reassuring environment. In addition to my professional experience, I help care for my grandfather living with dementia, supporting my grandmother with his daily needs. This has strengthened my patience, empathy, and understanding of memory care. I am currently completing my prerequisites for nursing school with the goal of becoming an RN or LPN in long-term care.
