About Frederique Lauraine

Hi families, My name is Lauraine, I was born and raised in The Netherlands and have been here in the United States for 17 years. I speak fluently English and Dutch. In 2022 I gave birth to a beautiful little girl. I fell in love with everything pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Currently I am a student at The International Doula Institute. Im about to be certified as a birth doula and postpartum doula. I currently started my certification for childbirth educator and certified breastfeeding counselor as well. I'm great with helping families thrive, finding the best routines, helping new mothers with newborn care, taking care of toddlers, doing fun educational activities, arts and crafts. And teaching them social skills. I am great at taking directions and will respect your parenting style. I'm here to support you and make life run smoother and more peaceful.
