My Experience: - 5 years as 5th Grade Math - 2 years as 5th Grade Science - 1 year as 7th Grade Math - 2 years NSSI Tutor My Education: Towson University - 2017 Bachelor of Science - Elementary Education 1-6 Community College of Baltimore County - 2015 Associates Degree I'd describe my personality as warm-strict, kind, and caring. I empathize easily with others and assume the best intentions of all my students. I like tutoring because it allows me to educate in a smaller setting. I'm able to meet a student where they are (physically and mentally) and find new ways to make the material interesting. I understand math can be a touchy subject. 'I'm just not a math person.' That isn't true! Everyone can understand math if we give ourselves the opportunity to dive into material we can relate to. In my spare time, I like to go fishing, exercise, spend time with my wife and dog. One thing you should know about me is I am looking for serious inquiries only.
