Hello families! I've been a nanny in the Seattle area for the last 6 years, and truly love what I do. After some time away, I am returning to work and hoping to find a family I can truly partner with for the long term. I have been working with children in some capacity for the last 10 years and have lots of diverse experience! I've worked primarily with children aged 0-4 and prefer to stay within this age range in my next placement. I have seen my families through most of the transitions that come with infancy and toddlerhood and have experience with sleep training, baby-led weaning, transitions to solids, and potty training. I am more than willing to do meal prep, organizational tasks that pertain to the children, and pickups and drop offs with a family vehicle. I like to spend most of my days outside when the weather allows, and love to incorporate creative and fun activities wherever possible. I hope to speak with you soon!

We cannot recommend Haley highly enough. She was our full-time nanny for our twins from the time they were eight months old until they started preschool at age three, and she continues to help our family on an as-needed basis. Haley is fantastic with our children—warm, attentive, patient, and endlessly creative. She always finds engaging projects and activities for them and has a wonderful understanding of each developmental stage. She is exceptionally communicative, consistently sharing thoughtful feedback, observations, and ideas as our children grow. Haley is also remarkably proactive. She notices what needs to be done and takes care of it without being asked. When needed, she has even stepped in as our household manager, helping us maintain our home and keep our busy lives running smoothly. Haley has become an invaluable part of our family. We trust her completely, feel incredibly fortunate to have her in our lives, and truly cannot imagine life without her. Any family would be lucky to work with Haley.
