About Iris

Hi, my name is Iris, and I'm 23 years old. I've been in professional childcare since February of 2021, and have guided scouts and helped family since I was young. I specialize in the Montessori Method, focusing on child-guided learning and strength in independence. I believe in creating a fun, trustworthy environment where kids of all ages feel safe growing and learning. I have primary specialization with infants, and also have experience with pre-k and school-aged children (3mo. - 13 y. o.). I have my CPR and First Aid Certifications. I am currently searching for part-time positions and babysitting gigs, feel free to reach out with any questions!
