If you have the opportunity, hire Jamie immediately. She has been a gift in our lives and an indispensable part of our family. Jamie was the full-time caretaker for our newborn up until his first birthday and occasionally cared for our two year old when he was home from daycare or on date nights. They both, understandably, adore her. I work full time and trust very few people with our children. I can say without hesitation that my work would not have been possible had I not fully trusted Jamie's judgment, ability to proactively manage situations, communicate effectively, and demonstrate thoughtful care for my children. Jamie grew up in a family of teachers and child development experts, and enthusiastically brings that exposure and knowledge to her work. She has gone above and beyond during a complicated time to put our son's health, safety and development first. She is punctual, personable, an excellent teammate, and an asset for any family. We miss her enormously!
