Jasmine was our full-time nanny for a few months, and she was fantastic. She was with our (very energetic) son from ages 10mo to 13mo, and the two just had amazing chemistry together. On several occasions I had to pause work to go see why my son was laughing so hard with her. She was great with helping him learn to walk and eat, and she navigated his low-key bottle refusal extremely well. She also helped our entire family learn baby-sign-language, which our son still uses now. Besides just being great with our son, Jasmine was really great as a "third parent." As first time parents, we found her advice and guidance really valuable, particularly for things like developmentally appropriate activities and safe eating/meal-prep practices. She always recorded detailed daily notes for us, which we really appreciated, and in general she was just incredibly professional. We really felt like she helped fill in some of our gaps, particularly as our son transitioned from babyhood to toddlerhood. Most importantly, we felt like we could trust her.
