About Joanna

My name is Joanna, and I have been working in the world of childcare for the last 11 years in various different roles as a camp counselor, sports coach, before and afterschool coordinator and babysitter. I have found a passion for working with children and making an impact in their lives over 11 years of giving my all to any and every child I have had the honor and privilege to care for. My years of experience are a never ending classroom of learning and understanding many types of children in an ever changing world and environment and using it to always learn more and to improve the care I am able to provide. I'd describe my personality as kind, reliable and hard working. I like working with kids because it means the world to me to be a safe place for a child to be able grow and share with me to be a part of who they are and someone they look forward to seeing, is a truly one of a kind experience. I started working with kids when I was 14 with tons of volunteer positions.
