My strengths include a strong understanding of the physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges faced by those living with Parkinson's disease, dementia care, and normal aging limitations. I am skilled in assisting with mobility, medication reminders, and daily routines that support stability and comfort. In personal care, I prioritize safety, hygiene, and respectful assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal support.
