About Juana

Hello! My name is Juana Sofía, but I prefer Sofía. I have over two years of experience working with children of different ages. Since 2019, I have completed more than 270 service hours in elementary and middle schools, helping students with homework, behavior, and social development. I have also cared for children from 5 months to 6 years old, supporting daily routines, learning activities, and emotional growth. I am currently a junior majoring in psychology and taking online classes, which allows me to have a flexible schedule. I am patient, responsible, and positive, and I always prioritize children's safety and well being. I can help with meal preparation, laundry, and light cleaning. I am bilingual in Spanish and English, CPR certified, and experienced working with children of different temperaments. My long term goal is to become a child psychologist, and I truly enjoy creating safe, caring environments where children feel supported, heard, and encouraged to grow.
