About Kaitlan

Hi everyone! I'm a former school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and am currently expecting my first baby! Since I'm not working full-time right now, I'm looking to connect with families in the area who may need some extra help throughout pregnancy. I have significant childcare experience, both as a nanny and as a pediatric SLP, and truly love working with children. I'm experienced and comfortable caring for children of all ages, including children who are differently abled or may need additional support with communication, development, or daily routines. My background in pediatric speech therapy has given me extensive experience with child development, communication, behavior, and creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children.
