About Kaitlyn

Fueling children's growth and development is my passion. My six years of childcare experience have shown me the importance of providing reliable support to families. I hold a college degree in education and currently work as a para educator in a special education program. I am comfortable caring for up to four children across all age groups. I am patient, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules. I follow the parents' preferred communication method. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
