Hello! I have roughly 10+ years of experience working in a Daycare/Preschool setting with children ranging from 18 months to 12 years old. I have completed multiple classes in Early Childhood Education, workshops through The Outdoor Classroom Project, as well as years teaching preschool and nannying. I am comfortable with children of any age, they are all so much fun to be around and it's a privilege to be able to work with them! *Unique Proposition (in the times of Covid-19): I loved working in a Preschool environment, but seeing as that many are not ready for a classroom environment, I could care for up to four children for a "Pod" group. We could coordinate a preschool like agenda and I will apply my experience in the classroom to our activities. Children would acquire social skills while staying in a small controlled group with people you know! I would love to further discuss this idea with anyone interested!**

You need Kara in your life! Kara has been an unbelievable nanny to our two boys (4 and 2) especially during these crazy Covid times. Kara is loving, energetic, and always finding creative ways the help them learn. The most important part is that our entire family LOVES her. My son has a speech delay and can get easily frustrated - Kara works through each moment and meltdown with him so patiently. We seen unbelievable improvements with him since being with Kara. When Covid numbers started to go down she helped us create a mini-pod that was one of the best things for my kids this year. Kara is responsible, energetic, safe and just all around the best! We love you Kara!
