About Kathryn

I am currently looking for a family to provide care for this summer starting May or June through August. My availability is weekdays I have been working in a formal childcare setting for four years. I have extensive experience with kids aged 14 months to 5th grade but am a quick learner and would be happy to work with younger! Through my past experiences I have organized age appropriate activities while assuring the safety of the children in my care. I'd describe my personality as organized, positive, and responsible. I started working with kids when I was 16 and continue to work with them as a 20-year-old college student. I am currently working on a degree in social work and will graduate May 2024 with the intentions of going to graduate school. In my spare time, I like to read, hike, hang out with friends and family, and spend time outdoors. I have my own transportation and am a nonsmoker.
