About Kathy

Making a difference in people's lives is my calling. For the past six years, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate and reliable care to seniors and adults, always striving to support their independence and well-being. My college education equipped me with a strong foundation, which I've built upon through hands-on experience. I am CPR certified and adept at providing respite care, transportation, and assistance with errands, personal care, and physical activity. I also have experience supporting individuals with dementia, including managing medications and providing mobility assistance. I understand the importance of clear communication, providing families with regular updates through written reports, verbal check-ins, and texts or phone calls. Building connections with care recipients starts with understanding their preferences and personal history. Adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations are skills I use daily.
