I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with patience and understanding. I keep families informed through verbal updates, regular texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method of communication. I have a high school degree, current CPR and First Aid certifications, and I'm comfortable with pets. I hope to bring my calm, friendly approach to your family.
