Hello! I am a 22-year-old professional working as a Mobile Crisis Specialist full-time. I have around 11 years of experience working with children, though I have never been paid for it. There is a 10 and 11-year age gap between myself and my two little sisters. From the age of 12, I began caring for them through their development while my parents worked multiple jobs. At family reunions as the eldest cousin in the family, I am tasked with watching all of my cousins while their parents socialize and relax. I have cared for 6-9 children at once with ages ranging from 3 to 15 years old. I am CPR and First Aid certified as well. My job as a Mobile Crisis Specialist has also equipped me with the tools for great communication, creative problem-solving, active listening, empathetic support, and a great sense of humor.
