I am working full time and I am only available for occasional assistance. I have a lot of experience caring for and working with children. It began with nannying, as well as , being an interpreter/ tutor for a large school district. After that, I became a stay at home mom of two children. Later, I returned to my role as Nanny/Household Manager. I have been in this role for 13 years. I absolutely love working with children and families. I am fun, kind, outgoing and I have a lot of skills and talents. I like being outdoors, going on adventures, and everything in between. For me, it is safety first. I am a rule follower, I am vaccinated for Covid, I have had my pertussis shot, as well as flu shot too. In addition, I believe in concierge care. That being said, I like to pitch in all areas, from organizing, to cooking and anything else that can allow parents more time with their children. My goal is to find solutions for everyday problems and provide a positive experience.

Kim took care of my special needs kiddos on weekends for over a year and was just about the most reliable person ever. These were long, long hours (nature of my job) and showed up with cool stuff to do, lots of energy, cleaned up, and encouraged independent skills. Safety was always #1 focus. We wish we lived closer! 

I hired Kim for a babysitting job for my two spirited girls ages 8 and 3. She was so great! She was easy to communicate with, warm, and so kind. She went way above and beyond with cleaning up the kitchen, etc. She played checkers with my oldest kiddo which made her night and she made the most delicious banana muffins!! She is positive, so helpful, anticipatory, and fun!!

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Kim as our nanny this past year and a half. She has truly become a valued member of our family and is worth every penny. Kim’s range of skills and experience with kids of all ages is unmatched—she connects effortlessly with each of our 4 children, from the toddler to the teenager. Not only does she help with their daily routines, but she also brings a love of teaching to every interaction, always finding creative ways to encourage learning and curiosity.

Kim is a talented multi-tasker and a fantastic house manager. She handles everything from meal prep to organizing the kids' schedules, all while keeping the household running smoothly. Her depth and breadth of skills are unmatched; it’s hard to encapsulate everything she brings to the table. We couldn’t be happier with the positive influence she brings to our family every day.

Kim has served as our full-time nanny for the last two years.  The only reason we've had to part our relationship was due to relocating for my job in the military.  If I could take her with me - I definitely would.  She has become an integral part of our family and our children view her as a member of the family.  We truly were blessed finding and hiring Kim while we lived in Gig Harbor.  There's absolutely no way my wife and I could have maintained our demanding tempo due to her medical career schedule and my deployment schedule.  Kim was more than just a nanny - she filled in as a parent, guardian, household manager, and multi-tasking professional.  She was always dependable, on-time, trustworthy, and absolutely committed to the mission of our children and household.  In addition to being our children's nanny, she would clean, prepare meals, take the children to activities, work on ABC's and 123's, and conduct various helpful errands just to simply help us out!  She is an absolute professional and it has been difficult saying goodbye.  The children love her, we love her, and will miss her dearly.  If you have an opportunity to hire Kim don't pass it up!  On a personal note, she's a delightful, warm, compassionate, and heart-warming woman who looked after our children like they were her own!  Thank you so much for these two years, Kim.  We Love You and will miss you!  

Kimberly came through at the very last minute to watch my 5 month old in the middle of a family emergency. Communicative, kind, and personable I felt at ease in the midst of chaos. Can home to laundry and dishes done and a sleeping happy baby. Kim has even been checking in on me to see how my mom is doing. She's a wonderful person and it shows the moment you meet her. Would definitely rehire and without a doubt recommend.

Kimberly is the ultimate super nanny! I literally refer to her as Super Nanny, no joke. She cares for your children, and all children, as if they were her own. Her number one priority is always safety, and she not only met every expectation I had, but exceeded them. I once asked if she would trim my 20 month olds nails because he was an absolute tyrant when I tried- didn't bat an eye and trimmed finger and toenails. Asked her to put the dining chairs up on the table to allow our Roomba to easily clean after the kids ate dinner- done, and she would text me per request when I could start it remotely. No odd request was balked at or rejected! Kids bathed, happy, asleep, and house cleaned. She also did art projects and baking with the kids. Incredible!

Kim partners with parents and respects their approaches with regards to behavioral challenges, but also very gently and respectfully offered some wonderful suggestions that worked very well for us. 

If I could give her 10 stars I certainly would, and wish that the timing would've worked out to have her watch our kids long on a long term basis. That being said, she watched our boisterous boys (20 mos and 4.5y) on Saturdays for about 2 months, but made a HUGE impact on us in just that short amount of time. Hands down, Kimberly is worth every penny, is a fabulous nanny, and a wonderful person to boot.

There aren't words to accurately convey the gratitude my family has for Kim. She was the first and only person I've trusted to care for my children, specifically my 3 month old baby. Kim consistently kept me informed about my daughter's well being, provided us with her daily schedule and accommodated all of our childcare needs. Additionally, Kim helped with laundry and meals, which was beyond more than I could ask for! Having Kim as a part of my daughter's life was a blessing and it was a privilege to be able to have her.

Kim is fantastic! She has helped us with our toddler on multiple occasions and is true professional! She was a great way with children and naturally becomes part of the parenting team in running/supporting the household. I would highly recommend her anytime!

Kim is an absolute treasure and any family would be lucky to have her. Kim made such a positive impact in our lives. My son adored her and would light up when she would come over. My husband and I work from home, so we got to know Kim well and it truly felt like she was a part of the family. Kim had a remarkable way of keeping up with my son's energy and excitement while also maintaining a calm household and energy. She was an absolute pro at managing his toddler outbursts and tantrums. Kim's love for children is apparent and she brightens any room she walks into. Kim went above and beyond -- helped pick up groceries, make dinner, light housework -- all while keeping my active toddler busy and happy. Kim is an absolute professional -- hire her before someone else does!!!

Kim has a work ethic that cannot be rivaled. She was great with our keeping our 3 year old twin boys busy with learning, playground time, crafts and even baking all sorts of delicious goodies. In addition to childcare she is not afraid of cleaning and organizing and was able to de-clutter our house and leave us a clean living room, spotless bathroom, organized kitchen and empty sink every day. She's also great with pets! We have a large, sometimes intimidating, hairy dog that took to her right away. Kim was also able to multi-task and work with our older kids on remote learning days and never left us with homework to do with them after our work day. She does not shy away from a challenge and is willing to work long hours and even cook dinner! She never once called in sick and always showed up on time if not a few minutes early. She gave all our kids the most thoughtful and fun birthday gifts as well. Kim will be a dedicated nanny to whomever is lucky enough to hire her!

Hi all! We had Kim care for us all in February to help us out. Full scope concierge care which thankfully included care for my aging mother who had brain surgery back in October. My daughter loved playing with her and mom was taken care of with lots of respect. In addition she really helped out de-cluttering the main floor of our house which was amazing . Dinner was taken care of when I got home which was a blessing. Thank you so much for caring for us all!!!

Concierge care is a great way to describe all that Kim does, she really does it all.  Kim has been with our family since we were a family of 5 and recently helped us transition to a family of 6 (6, 3, 1 & newborn). One of the most important things when looking for a childcare provider and one of our favorite things about Kim is that I never doubt the safety of my children with her and I can always count on her being 100% reliable and professional.  She always maintains and improves order in our home. She takes her job very seriously and really does go above and beyond.  Kim has done everything from overnights, early reading tutoring, organizing, meal prep (her banana bread is out of this world) and household management. We always appreciate her devotion to our family when she is with us and would highly recommend her for anyone looking.

It was our first time hiring someone for childcare and we were so happy we found Kim.  Our kids are 3 and 1 and Kim took more than just a general interest in the development of our children. She showed authentic dedication and passion in the day to day care of our kids. Kim is everything you would want in a caregiver. The most impressive thing I remember about Kim was she came up to me and gave me a subtle tip in how to communicate with my daughter.  I'll never forget that.  I would hire Kim back in a second but unfortunately we moved away. We can't express how much Kim did for us and how much sincere gratitude we have for all she did for our family.

Kim is dependable and has been very easy to communicate with.  She is helpful with extra task around the home and very attentive to the kids. She is creative and orderly and has done some wonderful sit down crafts with the kids. We look forward to working with her more in the future as needed. 

Kim seems to genuinely care about our family and especially our 4-month old son. She is a natural with him and it eases our mind to leave him in her care.

During the last year, she has shown to be extremely dependable, loyal and dedicated.  Kim's previous experience with adolescence has proved to be invaluable as our children enter into the dreaded age of questions about the "Birds and the Bee's" and "So and So said this at school, what does that mean?"

Most importantly, Kim has taken this job seriously always putting our family, and especially, my children's safety first.  I always know they will be well taken care of, as she treats them like they are her own.  We are lucky to have her!

Kim was great with our kids and really helped with our 4 year olds behavior. Kim volunteered to cook for us as well as meal plan and shop for everything she needed. She is very cautious and attentive and we never worried our kids weren't being cared for or loved. She felt like part of our family. There were a handful of times she called out sick or had to leave early due to allergies to our laundry soap which was difficult for us. Of course things happen and we understood, however, I feel that people should know of the severity and that it does effect her attendance. My only complaint about Kim would be that she didn't stay with us forever!  Although she was only with us 3 months, our kids adored her and she was very sweet and took excellent care of our whole family. We miss her already! 

Kimberly is a professional. She took time to talk with me about what I was hoping to achieve, gave great insight from her years of experience and even followed up with me. I could tell she really cared. I hope to be able to employ her if my new job circumstances allow.
