Hello! My name is Krystal, I have over 3 years of experience as a childcare provider for ages ranging from 6 months to 14 years old. I am also a school based Registered Behavior Technician where I provide one-on-one support for children with disabilities. My experience as a RBT and nanny has strengthened my patience, communication, and problem-solving skills. I create engaging, supportive environments tailored to each child's unique needs.
