About Lainey

I started babysitting at 13 through my church, where I cared for children of all ages. Over the years, I continued babysitting for families in my community and gained additional experience through childcare classes in high school, where I regularly cared for the children of teachers and staff. I also helped care for my younger cousins from infancy through middle school and have played an active role in raising my two younger brothers, who are now 7 and 9. I graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, with concentrations in Psychology, Human Development, and Business. My education gave me a strong understanding of child development, behavior, and the factors that help children learn and grow. I love creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment for children. I also enjoy cooking, cleaning, organizing, and helping with household tasks, and I'm always happy to support families in whatever way I can.
