After an initial phone screening and then an in person interview which went well, we hired LaSasha to start work the following day. However, rather than communicate that she had changed her mind, she simply did not show up, did not call, and did not respond to texts. Simply put, her behavior was immature and unprofessional, so I would recommend no one waste time with her.
