Hello! I'm Lauren, a trusted childcare provider with 13 years of experience supporting children and their families. My goal as a nanny is to create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel secure enough to grow, explore, and truly thrive. My caregiving philosophy centers on autonomy and attunement. I believe children flourish when they are given the freedom to explore their interests while also having a deeply attentive adult who serves as a consistent, secure base.
