About Lauren

I'd describe my personality as caring, outgoing and fun! I like working with kids because I enjoy connecting w/ them and helping them find their confidence and autonomy over even their smallest decisions. I'm looking for a job that gives me flexibility, joy, utilizes my skills, is rewarding and pays me appropriately. I started working with kids when I was a camp counselor and CIT in my late teens and then again as a substitute teacher. In my spare time, I like to sing, act, read, paint, workout, build my business, enjoy my friends and family and go out. One thing you should know about me is I'm honest, authentic, do what I say and say what I mean. My skills include connecting with children regardless of age, tough love when necessary and making them feel good about themselves no matter what they're going through or their age. I'm super reliable, trustworthy and a bit more "mature" than I look. ;)
