About Lauren

Hi! My name is Lauren, and I'm a caring, dependable, and patient caregiver with experience working with kids of many different ages and personalities. I currently a student at FAU studying business management and work as a swim instructor, where I teach both one-on-one and small group lessons. I genuinely love creating a safe, supportive environment where kids feel comfortable, confident, seen, and cared for. I'm very attentive to routines, respectful of family values, and I always put safety first; while still making sure kids are having fun and feel engaged. Whether that means helping with homework, playing games, or simply being a reliable and attentive presence, I take pride in being someone families can trust.
