About Liliana

Hi! My name is Lilly and I am a 21-year-old college student. I go to WCTC and am working towards getting a degree in education! For the past year, I have been a toddler teacher at a daycare. I work with 13 2-year-olds everyday! It can definitely be very crazy but it has taught me a lot. It has taught me patience, how to adapt to situations very quickly, lots of problem solving and conflict resolution, multitasking, and communication. I also have lots of experience in lesson planning and curriculum. I know how to keep kids busy! I also have certifications in CPR, first aid, SIDS, AHT, and have taken many classes in early childhood development through WCTC and the Wisconsin Registry. Ever since I got my first job in childcare I knew that it was my passion. I absolutely love seeing children grow and being able to help them along the way. I also love being able to grow relationships with all the kids I get to teach.
