I believe children flourish when they are met with consistency, curiosity, and genuine respect. My approach to caregiving is rooted in emotional attunement and developmentally appropriate guidance. I have training in NVC (non-violent communication), emotional attunement, parts work, and restore and repair protocols. I enjoy encouraging creativity, outdoor exploration, reading, movement, and hands-on learning while helping children build confidence, resilience, and healthy communication skills. Families describe me as warm, reliable, thoughtful, and deeply present. I value creating routines that provide both structure and flexibility, and I understand the importance of earning a family's trust through professionalism, foresight, and dependable care.
