Lindsey worked for us for a little more than 2 years. She was always willing to stay extra if need be and always had our children's best interest in mid. We have twin boys who were in middle school. She was responsible for being at our house when they came home from school, getting them to doctor's appointments if I could not be available, and helping out on a more full-time basis when they were on school breaks.
