About Maddie

Hi! I am a full time middle school teacher in Cypress. I have over 5 years experience professionally caring for children and over 4 years experience as a professional Texas Educator. I have the following certifications: Early Childhood Education - 6th grade general classroom teacher and 6th grade - 12th grade technology education. I have taught kindergarten and first grade. I have also taught 7th grade and 8th grade. So I have a very wide range of experience under my belt. On top of being a teacher, I have also been a coach. I coached cross country and track for two years. Additionally, I have been running a small tutoring business for the last 3 years in which I tutor primarily elementary level students in reading, phonics, writing, and math. I absolutely love helping students reach their educational goals! I would be happy to support your students/kids through child care or as a tutor! For those of you who may have pups at home - no worries, I have two of my own at home!
