About Madeline

I am a public school teacher with both general and special education certifications. I earned a Master's in Education and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration. I also have a Post-master's certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders. I have experience teaching in virtual and in-person schools with learners from kindergarten through adulthood. I enjoy helping students accomplish their academic goals by building positive rapport and finding the best way for each learner to access instructional content. Learning should be individualized as every brain processes in a unique way. I started tutoring in college when I first began student teaching. Since then, I have tutored for the after school program of a prior district in which I taught and as a GED preparation instructor at a local community college. I hold all current state and federal clearances necessary to teach in public schools and I am first-aid and CPR certified.
