About Madison

My name is Maddie, and I am a junior at West Chester University. I originally began my studies in elementary education and had the opportunity to study education abroad in Sweden this past summer. The summer before, I studied special education in Ireland. I just volunteered in Africa, this January, at hospitals and orphanages (it was amazing!) Recently, I switched my major to Speech-Language Pathology, with the goal of working in a hospital setting-particularly with stroke patients. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have several years of experience supervising children as a summer lifeguard. In addition, I've provided childcare for many families through this website, working with children from 7 months to 14 years old. I am reliable, responsible, and great with pets. I'm also happy to help with childcare, homework support, or music-related activities. I currently substitute piano lessons at West Chester Music Academy and have been playing since the age of five.
