I'm a Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist & Infant Sleep Coach offering premium care from pregnancy through the 4th trimester. I support trauma-informed recovery, twins, reflux, allergies & PMADs. I help infants sleep through the night by 12-16 weeks with responsive care & custom sleep/feeding routines for long-term success. I'm CPR certified (including infant CPR), trained in neonatal resuscitation, with CEUs in lactation. As founder of Rosula Doula & Cribs of Hope, I offer holistic, evidence-based, culturally-sensitive care including Bengkung belly binding, Chinese confinement & postpartum recovery.
