About Rafaela

I am a Certified Postpartum Doula through NAPS and a Newborn Care Provider. I provide compassionate, respectful, and hands-on support to families during one of the most important transitions in their lives. I have seven years of experience working in a maternity hospital, supporting mothers during labor and providing direct care for newborns, including premature and NICU babies. This background allows me to confidently support families with higher-needs infants. I hold a technical degree in Nursing from Brazil, with over 2, 000 hours of combined theoretical and clinical training, offering a strong clinical foundation for the care I provide. I also completed Birth Doula training with Carrie Kenner. I offer daytime and overnight care, supporting sleep routines, newborn development, and structured, responsive care. I am known for being calm, reliable, and attentive, creating a safe and supportive environment for families.
