About Melania

Hello! I'm Melania, originally from Mexico, and I'm passionate about working with children and being part of the little moments that help them learn, grow, and discover the world around them. I love getting to know each child's personality and interests and creating a warm, playful environment where they feel safe, heard, and encouraged to be themselves. My approach is Reggio inspired. I believe children are capable, curious, and full of ideas, so I love following their interests and creating opportunities for exploration, creativity, language, and independence. I have experience with infants, toddlers, twins, and school-age children through nannying, au pair work, and early childhood education. My background has strengthened my skills in child development, positive guidance, communication, and coregulation. I'm creative, joyful, empathetic, and patient, and I'd love to become the caring and dependable person that supports your family!
