About Melissa Anne

Hello, I'm Missy, a National Board Certified Teacher specializing, and exceptional needs with 19 years of experience supporting children from birth to age 3, and their families through infant toddler intervention. I received the Fox9 2026 Top Teacher award and was the Minnesota Teacher of the Year semifinalist in 2018. I offer early childhood, developmental support, and parent coaching to help children and families thrive together. I partner directly with parents using a collaborative, early intervention-style model, where caregivers actively participate. Together, we focus on developmental milestones, communication, social-emotional growth, behavior, daily routines, and individualized learning needs. My goal is to equip parents with practical strategies, confidence, and tools for everyday life. I provide coaching, consultation, and developmental support services rather than traditional, babysitting or childcare.
