About Misty

Hi! I'm Misty! I am a dedicated childcare professional with over 28 years of experience caring for children of all ages, with a specialty in infant and toddler care. My approach to caregiving is rooted in faith and I have a passion to help children learn, grow and thrive. Throughout my career, I have worked as a nanny, family assistant, operated an in-home daycare, taught in multiple preschool settings, cared for pastors' children in their homes, and served as a church daycare director. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of child development and the ability to adapt to each child's unique needs. My goal is always to create a safe, nurturing environment and to build a trusting relationship with both children and parents. I am currently working with a family as a nanny for their 1-year-old and am looking to add additional hours during the work week. I am seeking another family who could benefit from my experience, reliability, and love for childcare.
