I have worked in preschool for over 15 years and have been a private nanny for over 3 years. During my time nannying, I have worked with 3 different families long term. I have experience working with children of all ages and abilities. I was the lead teacher in an inclusive classroom for 5 years. I passionate about working with children and I am highly organized, dependable, and value the importance of making and sticking to a schedule, especially with young children. I have spent the last 4 years working as the Administrative Director for an outdoor adventure company. I have recently decided to make a change and get back to doing something that I am passionate about.

We hired Nicole to help care for our 9 week old while I was transitioning out of my job. Anytime you have someone else caring for your infant that isn't you, it's hard. But Nicole was wonderful! She was great with our baby. She asked lots of questions. This was the first time we had a nanny so I also had to learn all the information to provide. She was an excellent communicator, took walks with our little, worked on getting him comfortable with a bottle and helping with his (mostly nonexistent) nap schedule. We also have a toddler in pre-K and he loved Nicole. He would always ask about her when I picked him from school before we went home. We loved Nicole and the care she provided for our family!
