About Nikkirose

As a mother myself, I know how hard life can get when you don't have a village behind you. I joined Care. com in hopes of helping those who need it most and I've been blessed with the opportunity to work with a multitude of beautiful families with different ages, going through different stages. I have years of experience with neurotypical and neurodivergent children, which whom I've worked with within the home, outside of the home, and within school settings as a behavioral support and guide. Prior to working with children 1-1, I was a Certified Nursing Assistant working at a Behavioral Rehabilitation Center for adults. Which led me to Care. com shortly after, where I became a full-time nanny and part-time tutor. Working with children who will grow to become the adults of the world is not only my job, but it is my mission--to help mold a generation into becoming empathetic, critical-thinking, nurturing human beings.
