About Odaylis

I am a teacher with 8 years of experience in the field of childcare. I have worked both in daycare centers and in private homes, caring for preschool and school-age babies and children. My working philosophy is based on creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment, where children can develop emotionally and intellectually. I have great patience and the ability to communicate with children of different ages and design creative activities that encourage curiosity and learning. In addition, I have training in first aid and have complemented courses in child psychology and cognitive development. I speak Spanish, so I can teach this language to children. Besides, I am studying English, but I can communicate with the translator as a support tool.
