About Olajumoke

I have been caring for children for as long as I can remember. As a proud eldest sibling, I learned to be a caregiver both in my household and professionally which reflects my many areas of care. Most recently, I worked for Educational Alliance, as a group mentor/leader supporting youth development through academic, health and wellness, sports, and arts programming. I served as a positive role model by building self-esteem, motivation and emotional capacity. My favorite classes to teach were health, cooking, and smart girls -- that is engaging middle school girls in activities that developed their social-emotional skills -- because I believe that children are the future, so it's important to be mindful about the foods they put in their bodies and having fun with a learning focus. I am excellent at making super fun (healthy) snacks for children! I am a cheerful, positive, and dependable person, who enjoys working with children of all ages.
