Hi, l'm Pat. I am a well experienced nanny and childcare provider. I am the mother of eight children, 4 biological and 4 adopted. I am basically alone now that everyone is grown and gone. I've cared for children all of my life beginning as a teenager helping to raise my siblings, I was the eldest girl and my mother worked two jobs as a single mom to take care of six biological children and one adopted son.
