In the past, I had been a Certified Elementary School Teacher, and taught school age children in my own classroom. The school where I taught, had an enrollment of over 600 students. Every month, the primary and upper grade students attended an award ceremony, in the hopes they would receive an award certificate by their teacher. As a school teacher, I enjoyed handing an award certificate to students who demonstrated success with a subject matter, while their parents were watching in the audience.
