About Rayanna

Hi! I'm Rayanna, a caring and dedicated childcare provider with a genuine love for working with children. I am the founder of Little Rays Childcare and currently provide care for three short-term infant families, offering attentive, hands-on support tailored to each baby's needs and routines. I previously worked as an Assistant Guide in both the infant and toddler rooms at a Montessori school, where I supported early development in a calm, structured, and nurturing environment. In addition, my volunteer work at the Midlife Birth Center and in elementary school settings has given me the opportunity to support children of different ages and backgrounds in caring, structured environments. My goal is always to create a safe, calm, and engaging space where children feel secure, supported, and encouraged to grow.
