About Rebecca

Hello! I will be going into my 8th year of teaching. I have taught Pre-K, kindergarten, first, and second grade. I have taught everything from letter sounds and numbers to high level text and math problems for elementary education. I have amble resources to help get students on grade level or just help them have more access to information. I love what I do and love for children have a love for learning like I do! I'd describe my personality as patient, kind, and caring. I like tutoring because it helps students who may need extra support they cannot always get in the classroom. It is a great time for students to have their learning needs met one on one! My skills include detailed planning to help meet children's needs, a strong understanding of grade level standards and skills, and helping make challenging information interesting and fun!
